               Mirage Pools is dedicated to the health and safety of all our customers and staff. At the urging of Public Health and the doctors and citizens of countries previously affected COVID-19, we are treating this unparalleled situation with the seriousness it deserves. We are taking every measure to ensure the well-being of all our staff and patrons while striving to provide the same exceptional service you expect from Mirage. 
 
While the Mirage store will remain open for our regular retail hours, we suggest discernment whenever you are choosing to enter a public space. We strongly encourage that all inquiries or service bookings are made online or over the phone instead of in store. Our staff are by the phones and computers, ready to help you. We urge our customers to delay in-store water tests, or to call in with at-home results for our chemical adjustment recommendations. We suggest that if you must visit the store, you pay with debit and credit only and limit the length of your stay.
 
Here are the additional precautions we’re taking to protect the health of you and our employees: 
  • Staff of Mirage Pools will maintain safe “social distance” with each other and any customers in store and refrain from handshakes and other unnecessary physical contact. 
  • Staff are provided with all the information and necessities required for proper hand-washing and disinfection procedures including hand soap, alcohol-based sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and other virus killing products. 
  • All surfaces, workstations and shared spaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected. 
  • We’ve asked staff members to err on the side of caution and stay home if they are feeling unwell, and to reach out to their health care provider if any flu-like symptoms are present. Mirage is offering flexible time off for our employees to allow for self-isolation if required. 
Mirage will continue to follow the progression of the COVID-19 virus and may adjust our retail hours as based on official recommendations from the Government and Public Health agency.
